Proof of age may be required for all ticket types. Please ensure that you have ID with you in case you are asked. Failure to provide such ID may result in you being asked to leave the site.
Under 14’s must be accompanied by an adult (over 18 years) for all events. Parents / carers assume full responsibility at all times for minors on site who are attending with them.
No animals are allowed on site other than pre-authorised assistance dogs
Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable, except for cancellation of the event by the event organisers.
There will be no admission to the site without a valid ticket. Invalid or duplicate tickets will not be allowed entry into the site. Wristbands removed from the wrist or tampered with will be rendered invalid and will not be replaced. Lost or missing wristbands will not be replaced. Those without wristbands will be refused admission to the site and/or will be removed from the site
In order to facilitate the security, safety and comfort of all guests the event reserve the right to refuse admission.
Admission is at the attendee’s own risk. The event organisers and security will not be held liable for any loss, injuries or damages sustained at the event including damage, theft or losses to property and motor vehicles, if the cause is due to the negligence of the ticket holder or the unforeseeable actions of other patrons or third parties.
This is a working car park and attendees take full responsibility for their own safety when entering/leaving the performance site.
The event organiser reserves the right to change the line-up and all billed events without notification.
Own alcohol, drugs, illegal and offensive items are strictly not permitted.
There may be bag searches in place and any prohibited items/substances will be confiscated and the person/s refused entry/ejected from the site without refund.
Attendees agree to such searches and the event holder reserves the right to refuse entry to / eject from the site anyone refusing to submit to such a search.
Prohibited items include (but are not limited to), knives, fireworks, explosives, smoke canisters, air horns, flares, weapons, laser devices, sky lanterns, sound systems, psychoactive substances (including legal highs and nitros oxide), drone cameras & professional recording equipment (other than drone cameras & professional recording equipment given written consent by the event organiser in advance) and any other item deemed unsuitable by the security and event organisers.
Attendees consent to being filmed, photographed and recorded for Television, radio, webcast and other public broadcast as part of the audience without compensation or credit and/or by onsite CCTV cameras and recordings for security purposes.
If you are caught urinating or defecating in places other than a toilet, you will be ejected from the event.
We will be operating and enforcing a strict Challenge 25 policy. If you can’t provide valid identification when asked, you will be asked to leave the site and come back with your ID. So if you are lucky enough to look 25 or younger, please make sure that you bring an acceptable form of identification.
Valid forms of ID include:
– An in date photographic driver’s license or provisional licence.
– A valid passport (not a photocopy). Out of date passports will NOT be accepted.
– A Proof of Age Standards Scheme Card (showing the PASS hologram).
